1. The DIAMOND project has established the commercial and technical
feasibility of such multimedia services by providing a platform
which enables services using a hybrid system:

Digital Radio (DAB) as broadcasting
technology enabling collective services |

GSM or GPRS as mobile communication
technology enabling interactive services such as personalised
and personal services |

GPS or similar as positioning technology
enabling location-based services |
