PRETIO Consortium The Consortium forms the core of the project. It summarises their business ideas in a business plan outline. Bringing all key players together, the draft business plan will be developed and validated. The experience gained during the validation and the proof of the assumptions and expected results will then enable the project to develop the final business plan. The Consortium represents a fixed legal entity working on the project’s objectives and will establish the necessary services, terminals and infrastructure.
